It is also equipped with the Side Impact Buddy system (SIP), which provides additional protection against a side impact. It is a special element which is attached to the car door side and is designed to absorb the impact force in case of an accident.
Rearward and forward-facing travel
The SWANDOO MARIE 3 seat is mounted on an integrated rotating base, which enables both rearward and forward-facing travel. The SWANDOO MARIE 3 model allows rearward-facing travel throughout the entire lifespan of the seat. It is also the position that experts recommend as the safest one in case of a frontal collision. Once your child is 75 cm tall, you can position the seat forward-facing. The stabilising leg is responsible for the correct stabilisation of the seat and can be adjusted in several levels.
360° rotation mechanism
The SWANDOO MARIE 3 seat can be rotated around its own axis, i.e. 360° thanks to the rotating base. This type of solution makes it easier to insert and remove the child from the seat.
