Maxi-Cosi Pearl Pro 2

The MAXI-COSI PEARL PRO 2 car seat is an improved version of the PEARL PRO seat. It is designed for children from approx. 6 months to approx. 4 years of age, with a height from 67 to 105 cm and a weight from 9 to 18 kg. It is ECE R129 i-Size approved. Its previous version received a "good" grade in the ADAC test. It can be mounted backwards and forwards depending on the height and age of the child. The MAXI-COSI PEARL PRO 2 car seat is mounted using the ISOFIX base, which always ensures a correct and stable fit. The manufacturer has prepared a special reduction insert for the youngest travellers, which ensures their proper positioning. It is recommended to use it until about 2 years of age. The backrest can be placed in a comfortable position for sleeping.

Rearward facing position up to 4 years of age

Children can travel both backwards and forwards in the MAXI-COSI PEARL PRO 2 car seat. This seat is installed facing forward when the child is between 84 and 105 cm tall. Children from 67 to 105 cm tall can travel in the backward position. It is recommended that the backward position should be retained as long as possible. The design of the MAXI-COSI PEARL PRO 2 seat and the numerous adjustments allow such a journey up to 4 years of age.

Integrated 5-point harness

The child in the seat is fastened by the means of a 5-point harness with two points each on the shoulders and at the hips and one at the point of joining the belts. Thanks to this, the child is protected from all sides. The harness has an easy-in system, which makes it easier to insert and remove the child, as the harness is held in the open position. Shoulder straps are secured with soft pads to avoid irritation and abrasion to the child's skin.

ISOFIX-based installation

The MAXI-COSI PEARL PRO 2 seat is mounted on an ISOFIX mounting base, which additionally has a stabilizing leg. The base informs about the correct installation, so you can be sure that the attachment is always secure and stable. The anti-rotation frame effectively prevents the seat from turning while driving and keeps it in a stable position.

Adapted for small children

The seat is equally suitable for 6 months and 4 years old children. For the comfort, convenience and safety of the youngest children it is equipped with a special reduction insert, which keeps the toddlers in the right position and provides them with proper neck and head support. Its additional advantage is its two-sidedness. The summer side is responsible for proper ventilation, while the winter side protects against the cold.

Shoulder strap and headrest adjustment

ATo ensure that the MAXI-COSI PEARL PRO 2 car seat fits the child's height as well as possible, the headrest and shoulder straps are equipped with an adjustment system. Both elements are adjustable at the same time, which always ensures optimal travel conditions for smaller and larger children.

Comfortable sleeping position

The seat can be placed in a sleeping position. This is especially useful for the youngest children, who usually start feeling tired when driving for a long time. The child car seat can quickly be placed in a comfortable lying position, allowing the child to take a nap.

High-density filling

The seat guarantees above-average comfort to the child, which is due to the thick foam and delicate filling. The interior of the seat adapts to the child's body and provides comfortable driving conditions. The materials are safe for children. They do not cause abrasions or irritation.
