The Nachfolger HY5.1 TT car seat is an alternative to the standard car seats, which will be a great mobile solution for carrying a child not only in the car but also on the plane. Children weighing up to 18 kg, i.e. up to about 5 years of age, can travel in the seat. The Nachfolger HY5.1 TT is mounted in a rearward-facing position. This is the safest position for a child, which best protects him or her from the effects of a frontal collision. The seat is easy to assemble and transport. It can be quickly pumped with a pump and air is released from the seat without much effort. It is installed with the car seat belt and the Top Tether belt. The child is fastened with a 3-point adjustable harness, adjusting the height of the shoulder straps to the individual child's height. The Nachfolger HY5.1 TT is ECE R44/04 approved and received 4 stars in the ADAC test for safety.

Rearward facing travel up to 5 years of age

Children should travel in a backwards-facing position for as long as possible. The Nachfolger HY5.1 TT car seat is designed to be able to continue this kind of travelling even until the age of 5. This is ensured by the special design of the seat, which ensures that the child has sufficient legroom. This ensures that the child is comfortable and able to travel longer distances.

Easy and universal installation

The seat can be installed in any car. The installation is quick and easy. The car seat belts that are in every passenger vehicle on the back seat and front seats are used. In addition, the nachfolger HY5.1 TT has a Top Tether belt, which is an additional third anchorage point for the seat. It provides more stability and prevents the seat from changing its position, for example when cornering or braking.

Integrated adjustable 3-point harness

The child is fastened in the seat with a 3-point harness. It has 3 points, including two on the shoulders and one between the legs, where the buckle is placed to fasten the belts. The harness is adjustable in height, so it can be adjusted perfectly to the child's height and thus ensure his or her safety and comfort. There are soft pads on the shoulder straps to protect against irritation and abrasion.

Inflation level control

To use the seat, it must be inflated with a pump. The whole process takes a few minutes, and a special light informs you about the sufficient level of inflation. This way you can know if the car seat is ready.

Adjustable headrest

As the Nachfolger HY5.1 TT is suitable both for children aged several months and several years, it is necessary to change the height of the headrest. Make sure that the headrest is positioned just above the child's shoulders. This is the best position to ensure proper head support.
