The rearward-facing KLIPPAN CENTURY car seat is a proposition for children from about 9 months to 7 years of age, weighing from 9 to 25 kg. Thanks to its unique construction and large size, it creates excellent conditions for children to travel as long as possible in the rearward-facing position which is safest for them. KLIPPAN CENTURY has been certified by the Swedish PlusTest and has the ECE R44/04 homologation. It is installed using the 3-point car seat belt that is present in every car. For a perfect adjustment to the child's figure, size and age, the seat is equipped with 8 removable cushions and a thinning insert for the smallest children. The headrest is also adjustable in height.
Backward facing travel up to 25 kg
KLIPPAN CENTURY is suitable for a rearward-facing installation over the entire weight range from 9 to 25 kg. This means that older children up to 7 years old can travel in this position. It should be remembered that this is the position that provides the highest level of protection for small travellers.
Adapted for small and larger children
The seat has a profiled headrest, which is additionally adjustable in height. You should know that it should always be positioned just above your child's shoulders. In addition, you can freely adjust the space of the seat to the size of your child by adding and removing additional cushions and, in the case of the youngest children, using a thinning insert. This allows the child to assume the correct position while travelling.
More legroom
Older children are taller, so they need more space, also for their legs. KLIPPAN CENTURY can be mounted on the backrest of the back seat, as well as on the edge of the back seat, and the distance from the backrest can be freely adjusted.
Universal installation
The seat can be used in any car, because it is installed using the 3-point car seat belt, which is included in every vehicle. Unfastening the seat is not complicated. This is important when using two cars and transferring the car seat frequently.
