VERSAFIX has been designed to protect children from 15 months to 12 years of age. Compliant with the i-Size standard, it provides safety you can trust and maximum flexibility. The seat can be changed from a version with built-in seat belts for toddlers to a high-back seat for older children in a few simple steps. Children can use 5-point seat belts until they weigh 22 kg.

i-SIZE SAFETY AT ALL AGES

VERSAFIX protects your child from the toddler stage until the time when he no longer needs the seat - ensuring he is protected at all times when traveling in the car in the form of one group 1/2 seat/ 3, compliant with i-Size regulations. Moreover, the five-point seat belts can be used longer because they are suitable for children up to 22 kg.

Attached with seat belts with ISOFIX mounting (100 – 150 cm)

This seat should be installed using both the car's three-point seat belts and ISOFIX anchor points. This ensures a safe and durable connection between the seat and the car, even if the child is not sitting in the seat. Check in the vehicle list or via FIT FINDER® on the product page whether the seat is compatible with your car.

Attached with seat belts (100 – 150 cm)

This seat can be installed using the car's three-point seat belt. This is a convenient choice if you plan to move the seat between cars that may not have ISOFIX mounting points. The belt guides on the seat will help you install it correctly. Before you buy the seat, check your car's owner's manual and check the approved items, and ask the dealer to test fit it in your car (have it done by a Britax Römer trained employee).

FLEXIBILITY AT HAND

With the FLIP&GROW function, you can easily switch between the built-in five-point seat belts and the car's three-point seat belts as your baby reaches the next stage of growth. And since you don't have to remove any parts from the seat when changing the version, you can return to the previous setting at any time. With the EasyRecline function, you can recline the seat so that your child is comfortable without having to reinstall it.

ISOFIX with Top Tether (76 – 105 cm)

This seat must be installed on the ISOFIX anchorage points in your car. ISOFIX is a system of attachment points available in almost every car. It allows you to safely and permanently connect the seat to the car. VERSAFIX special requirements - safe installation is ensured when the Top Tether is used, providing optimal stability. Our i-Size compliant seats fit all i-Size approved positions. Check your vehicle's owner's manual to see what items have been approved by i-Size for your vehicle.

FLIP&GROW

When your child reaches 105 cm in height and a maximum weight of 22 kg, you must switch from the integrated 5-point seat belts to the car's 3-point seat belts to safely and properly fasten your child in car seat. Thanks to the FLIP&GROW function you can do it in a few simple steps. Adjust the headrest and stow the integrated seat belts in the backrest to prevent them from getting lost. Then switch the FLIP&GROW adjustment panel so that the SecureGuard is above the seat and that's it.
